It’s not easy for everyone to drink enough water however, it’s really important to drink enough. I’m also someone who isn’t a star in drinking enough water. Recently, I have been trying to drink more than normal and drink at least 1 liter per day. This is already a huge improvement for me and I hope I can build it up to at least 1,5 to 2 liter per day.
