The Colourpop x Disney Princesses Collection is a collection I was so excited about. I still enjoy watching Disney movies and the Princesses are my favorites. However, I do have some favorite Villains as well. You can probably imagine I was so excited when Colourpop revealed they were launching a Disney Villains Collection as well! I was able to get a lot of goodies and I can’t wait to show you!

If you haven’t seen my Colourpop x Disney Princesses Collection review yet, you can check it out here. Also, I did a seperate review on the highlighters in this collection as well. Since the first time I missed out on them and couldn’t include them in the blog post anymore. If you would like to see that review, you can check it out here.

Colourpop x Disney Villains Collection

Colourpop X Disney Villains ⋆ Beautymone

This collection includes 6 Disney Villains all with their own little set of products. The Villains in this collection are Cruella, Evil Queen, Hades, Maleficent, Ursula, and Dr. Facilier.

All the products in this collection:

  • 6 Lux Lipsticks
  • 1 Eyeshadow palette
  • 6 Ultra Glossy glosses
  • 6 Jelly Much
  • 2 Glitterally Obsessed
  • 6 Super Shock Highlighters

It’s possible to buy a set of your favorite Villain, which includes a Lux Lipstick, an Ultra Glossy, and a highlighter. You can buy single products or even buy the whole PR Collection.

I decided to go for single products since this collection contained some lipstick and lipgloss shades I wouldn’t wear and some highlighter shades which are too dark for me.

I ended up buying these products:

  • Misunderstood eyeshadow palette
  • Cruella Highlighter
  • Maleficient Highlighter
  • Hades lipstick
  • Dr. Facilier lipstick
  • Cruella lip gloss

Packaging

First of all, I really want to give the Colourpop packaging designers a HUGE shoutout! I mean, Colourpop Always as some of the most amazing packagings but this one, with the Princesses packaging, is definitely my favorite. I think they did an amazing job creating creepy packaging with a pop of neon and still very Disney like. Amazing!!

Highlighter Swatches

The top shade is the Cruella highlighter and bottom shade is the Maleficient highlighter.

I’m very pleased with both the highlighters! I was a little bit scared about the Cruella highlighter since it’s very white in the pan. I initially bought it because I really like Cruella and I love the name so that was enough reason to buy it. However, I ended up really like the shade as well. It has some golden/reddish sparkles in it and I think that’s super cool.

‘Mistress of All Evil’ I had to get because Maleficent is also one of my favorite Villains and I already loved the shade before I even bought it.  It’s a very pretty champagne/golden highlighter, my favorite shade as a highlighter!

Lipstick & Lipgloss Swatches

Top to bottom: ‘Hades’, ‘Dr. Facilier’, and ‘Puppies!!!’

Well… Hades is way too orange for my skin tone and Dr. Facilier is darker than I thought lol. I don’t really like Hades sadly, Dr. Facilier is a pretty shade but not one I would wear a lot. I might give them both to my mom. Side note: the formula is very nice though, I do really enjoy Colourpop’s Lux Lipsticks. These shades aren’t really my type of shades but the quality is amazing!

But the gloss! Also bought this gloss because of the name lol. But I ended up really liking this gloss! It’s a clear gloss with some pretty reflective sparkles in it. Matches the Cruella highlighter very good!

Eyeshadow Palette Swatches

From right to left: No Spots (matte pure white), Mongrels (metallic pinky Ivory), Diablo (metallic lime), Devious (matte terracotta), Tragic (matte soft warm beige), Underworld (metallic bronzey copper), Pain & Panic (metallic mid-tone gold with peachy pink flecks), Forest of Thorns (metallic orchid), Flotsam (metallic baby pink with blue glitter), The Fates (matte deep blue), Revenge (matte charcoal grey with silver glitter), Sing (metallic dark brown with hot pink to gold duochrome flip), Jetsam (metallic denim blue with teal duochrome flip), Facile (metallic rich olive green with gold flecks), 101 (matte black).

Last but definitely not least, is the Misunderstood palette. This palette has every type of vibe you want to go for in different moods. You have your neutrals, pop of colors and some deep darker shades. I love it! This palette has so much variety and is very pigmented as well. Also, I really enjoy the different type of formulas in this palette a lot.

In conclusion

I really like the packaging, I love the whole evil vibes and I really enjoy using products from Colourpop! Super affordable and high quality as well. Most of the products are still available so if I made you enthusiast, you can check their website out here:

Hope to see you next time loves,

xoxo Simone

  1. This collection is stunning! I particularly like anything maleficent, but you can also never have too many lipsticks ? I look forward to the next post! ?

  2. I agree with you – the packaging is a 10/10 in terms of design. I was surprised by how much I really liked the palette, too! It is pretty versatile. I love the Lip shades you grabbed too!
