Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Concealer | Review

Since the start of Fenty Beauty, I’ve been trying several products from the brand. All the products are very good and there’s nothing wrong with the quality at all. However, I’m never flabbergasted by any of the Fenty Beauty products. I keep trying products from the brand to see if that product is going to be a new favorite, so I decided to try the new Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Concealer since everyone is super enthusiastic. Is this concealer going to be my new favorite?

As I already said, I’ve tried several Fenty Beauty products. I’ve tried the Killawat highlighter, the Match Stix highlighter, the Pro Filt’r foundation, the Gloss Bomb lipgloss, and the Stunna Lip Paint. In the mean time, I already sold the Killawat highlighter and the Pro Filt’r foundation because I just wasn’t a huge fan of them. However, I do like the Stunna Lip Paint and the Gloss Bomb lipgloss. I still have the Match Stix highlighter in my collection but I’m barely reaching for it to be honest. So because of this, I’m very curious to see how I like the new Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Concealer.

The shade I’ve picked from the wide shade range is the shade 150. I felt like this would match my skin tone the most. Moreover, I knew that the Pro Filt’r foundation shade 190 was a little too dark for my skin tone so I knew I had to find a shade lighter. I really had to guess but ended up buying a shade which matches me, thankfully.

Here’s a closer look at the applicator. It’s a pretty huge applicator but thin so it applies the concealer easily. However, I do think the applicator is a little bit too stiff for my likings.

My thoughts 

I really enjoy using this concealer! It’s indeed creamy, long-wearing and light-as-air. I only have to use a little bit to conceal my under eyes and fix my bags. However, I really need to set this concealer with a good setting powder, otherwise, it’s going to crease a little bit. But overall, it workes for me.

I have to admit that this concealer doesn’t replace my Kylie Cosmetics concealer. Right now, I’m using them together and I really like the combination. I feel like the Kylie Cosmetics one is a little bit dewier and has a slightly more creamy formula which I prefer. But mixing them together surprised me and I’m using the combination every day now.
