My friend introduced me to the crystals world, I think a year ago and I have crystals around me since then. When I saw that Fourth Ray Beauty sold a Rose Quartz Face Roller I knew I had to get it so I could combine my passion for beauty with my new obsessions with crystals.

Many people wonder if crystals have healing powers, and while there are many articles/books/etc. describing the curative effects of crystals, it really depends on your own experience. I think the most important thing is that you’re open to it.

However, if you believe in the healing powers of crystals or not, they’re still useful when trying to meditate or just as beautiful decoration for your home. I like my crystals the most when I’m stressed and need to relax, I use a crystal to focus on and this helps me calm down. Moreover, I have my crystals on display throughout my rooms because I just love how beautiful they are!

I’m no expert when it comes to crystals and I won’t be able to teach you what it does and how it works etc. If you’re interested in learning more about crystals, I would recommend reading this beginner’s guide

The Fourth Ray Beauty Rose Quartz Face Roller is made from real rose quartz. To give you a little crystal insight rose quartz is called the stone of universal love.

It restores trust and harmony in relationships, encouraging unconditional love.  Rose Quartz purifies and opens the heart at all levels to promote love, self-love, friendship, deep inner healing and feelings of peace.  Calming and reassuring, it helps to comfort in times of grief.  Rose Quartz dispels negativity and protects against environmental pollution, replacing it with loving vibes.  It encourages self forgiveness and acceptance invoking self trust and self worth.

I think creating a Rose Quartz Face Roller is a great idea because your skincare routine is basically a part of self-love, so the crystal matches the purpose of the face roller.

The Rose Quartz Face Roller retails for $18 at the Fourth Ray Beauty website

Fourth Ray Beauty

Since this is my first time reviewing a Fourth Ray Beauty product, I like to give you a little more background information about the brand.

Fourth Ray Beauty is a sister brand of Colourpop. Colourpop is well-known as a high-quality makeup brand at an affordable price and as a sister brand to ColourPop, Fourth Ray Beauty is dedicated to offering exceptionally high quality and effective skincare, all at an affordable price, so everyone can start their makeup routines with the best skin possible.

Moreover, Fourth Ray Beauty is 100% cruelty-free, vegan and made with the latest on-trend performance ingredients and botanicals. Besides this, Fourth Ray Beauty is also gluten-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and synthetic fragrance-free.

If you’re interested in reading more about Colourpop’s products, I’ve reviewed several products that you might want to check out. For example, I reviewed the Colourpop x Disney Villians Collection, the Colourpop No Filter Foundation, and tried their famous Super Shock Highlighters

Fourth Ray Beauty Rose Quartz Face Roller

Fourth Ray Beauty Rose Quartz Face Roller

“This facial roller is an essential tool to any skincare routine. A gentle massage with this roller will help cool and soothe puffiness, improve blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, improve skin elasticity, and relieve facial tension.”

– Fourth Ray Beauty

The benefits of using this Rose Quartz face roller made me very curious to actually try it. I placed a huge order during the Fourth Ray Beauty Black Friday sale and used the Rose Quartz face roller since it arrived.

The moments I use the bigger side of the Rose Quartz face roller is after my morning skincare routine as well as after my night skincare routine for my whole face. I use this roller to help sink the products into my skin. If this really helps, I don’t know because I can’t tell. I don’t really notice a difference in the absorbing time of my products if I use the face roller or not.

The thing I like the most about this Rose Quartz face roller, is how it feels cold and refreshing on the skin. If I had a night with not enough sleep and my eyes are puffy, I like to just roll the smaller roller around my eyes to feel more awake as well as reducing the puffiness. I sometimes do this before my skincare routine as well as after, because I like how refreshing it feels.

Another thing I really like is that this makes me feel relaxed. I take the time to use the Rose Quartz face roller before I go to bed, so I feel calm and ready to sleep.

I have to admit that I don’t really see any differences in my blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and skin elasticity. I’m not sure if this is something you’re supposed to see or if this is just something that happens inside of your body without us having any clue.

However, I do think this Rose Quartz face roller is sturdy, feels heavy and luxurious and even though it’s affordable, definitely not looking or feeling cheap. It even has two different sides, a smaller one and a bigger one, with real rose quartz which I think is already worth the $18.

Even though I don’t notice a huge difference in my skin, I do like to use this roller to feel refreshed and calm.

Have you ever tried a face roller before? I’d love to know what your thoughts are!

I used a cheaper one from Amazon for a while (until the small side broke off) and I did like it for reducing puffiness and helping to feel refreshing in the morning!

I’m not particularly interested in crystals, it’s not that I don’t believe in them but I don’t know much and I haven’t had the inspiration to learn if I’m honest but, anything rose quartz looks so beautiful. I’d love to get a face roll mostly because of that

I mean, having a friend who’s obsessed with crystals definitely helped me getting into quicker than if I had to discover everything by myself so totally get it!

As always, I really appreciate your honest thoughts. I’m not sure if that I believe in the healing powers of crystal, but I do think that this roller seems very relaxing and I’ve heard that many people enjoy that cool/refreshing feeling so I’m super curious to try a roller out for myself! Also, I didn’t realize that Fourth Ray was 100% Vegan!

Thank you, girl! I would totally recommend getting the Fourth Ray one if you’re interested, it’s the least expensive one I could find (there are probably cheaper ones to find out there but I trusted Fourth Ray because CP’s quality is always good).
