Finally, my first Juvia’s Place order ever! I’ve been looking at their products for ages and especially the Warrior palette caught my eye. I really love my neutral toned, bronze eyeshadows so this palette had to be mine. One of the most exciting things to me is trying out a new brand and see if I like it. I’ve had some expectations before it arrived and in today’s blog post I’m going to tell you if this palette is a hit or a miss to me.

The Warrior Palette

“Juvia’s Place is the brand behind the high-intensity pigment-rich palettes and deluxe brushes that transform your make-up look and leave you feeling like a queen. The cruelty free cosmetic brand have developed bold, vivid brights and out-of-this-world shimmers for every skin tone. Blend, buff and bake with pro-technique brushes designed specifically to pack on your pigment and make this a brand you simply cannot live without.”

One of the things I really like about the brand is the packaging. In my opinion, it truly shows some strong, badass women. I appreciate women’s empowerment! Moreover, their packaging makes me feel like I’m experiencing another culture and that’s really cool.

The inside actually had me shocked, these shades are SO stunning! Moreover, I didn’t expect the pans having such a huge size. For example, the pan sizes from Colourpop and Kylie Cosmetics palettes are actually smaller.

The metallics immediately draw my attention, like wow look at them. The 3 matte shades are very convenient for a neutral look so yes my first impression was very good!

Swatches

I swear I almost fell off my chair while swatching the Warrior palette. Especially the first 2 shades got me staring for a good minute lol. This palette is extremely pigmented and absolutely stunning. I can’t believe I’ve never bought something from the brand before. After I swatched this palette, I placed another order lol.

The palette is cruelty-free but not vegan. However, most of the products from Juvia’s Place are cruelty-free and vegan.

The palette retails for $20 which I think is a very affordable price for the quality you get. If you haven’t tried products from Juvia’s Place yet, I would really recommend getting something you like. They have different (and very colorful) eyeshadow palettes, highlighters, lip products, blushes, and brushes. However, I didn’t try any other products yet, I don’t think you’ll regret buying from the brand.

Did you already try Juvia’s Place products? What are your thoughts? Let me know!

Hope to see you next time loves,

xoxo Simone

  1. This is so pretty! I’ve heard the quality of these are so good. I haven’t purchased one yet, because the shades haven’t really caught my eye, but I might have to try one to see how they apply. I do like this one, though.

  2. I only have the original Nubian Palette, but this one has been on my list for ages and it is so beautiful! 😀 Seriously wanting to snag this palette, but I’m holding out for a sale since sometimes JP does 50% off sales!! The tones in this are perfect for a glowing, summer/spring look.

    1. I recently bought the Nubian palette and I love that one as well! Both palettes are soooo stunning! 50% off sale… I have to keep an eye out for that as well lol.

  3. This does look like a great brand and sounds like it has a pretty good quality; I’m not really much of a make-up consumer as in don’t use it on daily basis, but I do have my moments! lol So, thanks for the recommendation!

  4. Omg these shades are just gorgeous ? I’ve been in need of some warmer tones, and now I definitely want to check this one out!! Thanks for sharing!

  5. I’ve been wanting to try Juvia’s Place forever and every time I see somebody write a review about one of their products I always tell myself that I need to try it lol. This is one of the palettes I’ve also had my eye on and it just looks so stunning. You’re tempting me too much *cries*
