In the past month, I was able to test out new products as well as rediscover products in my makeup collection and I gathered 5 of my favorite beauty products to show you. I’ll explain why I love them so much and I hope you’ll share your favorite beauty products in the comments as well!
I love beauty. I love testing out new products. I love rediscovering products I have in my collection already. I literally enjoy everything around beauty. Today’s post is an combination of new products I just recently (in April) discovered and products I already had in my collection.
My 5 Favorite Beauty Products In April
Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk foundation – $64
I know I’m pretty late with trying out the Giorgio Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation. I haven’t been really into using foundation at first (until a year ago or so) but since I’m now using a foundation or bb cream daily, I thought it was worth the splurge. I pretty much fell in love the second I had this foundation on my face and I now totally understand why everyone is loving this foundation so much. It is definitely an expensive product but it looks amazing!
The Luminous Silk foundation isn’t full coverage, I would say it’s medium coverage but it looks very natural and almost as if you aren’t wearing any foundation. I love this natural, dewy look!
Giorgio Armani Beauty Prima Color Control Glow Moisturizer SPF 35 / PA+++ CC Cream – $55
Sorry for the Giorgio Armani Beauty spam lol. I just discovered their products for the first time this month and I just fell in love with them. I have a third product, which is a powder, but I haven’t used this one since I wanted to empty my other powder first. Anyway, this Prima Color Control Glow Moisturizer is a hit! I like this one when I’m going for light coverage and a glowy base for my makeup. The formula is lightweight and the coverage is light but can be build up to close to medium coverage. I wouldn’t recommend applying that much for a medium coverage because it easily looks greasy instead of dewy.
Also, love that this has SPF 35 in it since I just don’t like applying sunscreen to my face (I can’t help it, I just hate the sticky feeling of sunscreen) so it’s easier for me when it’s in products already! Again, this is definitely a more expensive beauty product but I’m really loving it right now! I actually prefer this one over the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer.
Huda Beauty Power Bullet Matte Lipstick in Prom Night – $30
You might already know that I really liked the Huda Beauty Power Bullet Matte Lipsticks but they’re still my favorite lipsticks at the moment. I really love how matte they look but how creamy they feel on the lips. Also, I’m obsessed with how natural nude Prom Night looks on me. It’s definitely a ‘my lips but better’ shade!
They stay on pretty long but do fade after eating and they transfer a bit, but they wear off well. The formula is pigmented, creamy but matte looking so it’s perfect for people with easily drying lips and, obviously, everyone who likes a more creamy lipstick.
Wishful Skincare Yo Glow Enzyme Scrub – $46
I’m getting into skincare more every single day and I had to try this Wishful Yo Glow Enzyme Scrub. I was intrigued by the looks of it and how the product starts turning into white little balls. This is probably the weirdest explanation ever but okay haha. I’ve tried this a couple of times now and every time I see how my skin turns into a glowy, healthy-looking skin.
Also, my skin feels really soft and clean. I’m really impressed by this product and would totally recommend this if you’re looking for a new face scrub. It’s a gently face scrub, you don’t need much and the smell is okay (not bad not good). I love it so I had to include it in my favorite beauty products this month!
Kylie Cosmetics Koko Collection Highlighter in True Mama – $20
This is definitely not a new product but I rediscovered this Kylie Cosmetics Koko Collection Highlighter in True Mama in my collection recently and I just really love it. It’s such a beautiful icy rose gold! It also adds a beautiful, pretty intense glow to the face and I love it.
This highlighter is part of a limited edition Kylie Cosmetics x Khloé Kardashian collection but they actually restocked on the whole Koko Collection and it seems here to stay. Also still loving Allergic to B*llshit matte liquid lipstick from this collection so definitely recommend checking both of the products on the Kylie Cosmetics website!

I can never get over the packaging of the Huda lipsticks! All of these recommendations sound great. I like how you are doing a 5-star system on the products. I think that might be helpful to my readers on empties posts and what not. You are always an inspiration!

This is the first review I’ve read on the new Wishful scrub, so I’m glad to know that you enjoyed it! I received a sample when I purchased some items during Huda’s 30% Off Sale (lol *clown me strikes again*), but I haven’t tried it yet.

You should try it, it’s definitely something I’ve never tried before and it’s great!

I still NEED to try one of Huda’s bullet lipsticks. I’ve only ever heard amazing things about them but I own so many lipsticks that I need to refrain haha. This is a great list of your beauty faves and I loved reading this post. The Luminous Silk foundation is a dream. I’ve used a sample before and I loved how it made my skin look and feel
