As all the brand’s products have done so far, this Patrick Ta Eyeshadow Palette Major Dimensions II stole my heart the moment I saw it ánd when I used it for the first time. The palette is fantastic for natural and rosy soft glam looks, but I’m pretty sure creative people can create even more different types of looks.
Formula
There’s some slight kickback in the pan since the matte shadows are velvety soft but nothing too bad. I didn’t notice fallout on the face when using the shadows on the lids. Neither did I notice fallout with the metallics/glitter shades. Because the shadows are so velvety soft, it’s super easy to blend them.
Pigmentation
The pearl toppers are precisely what they are, toppers. So don’t expect them to be highly pigmented because they’re not intended to be super pigmented in the first place. They have a slight shimmer, which looks super stunning on the lids.
What I like most about these toppers is that they’re not that visible unless you hit the light, then the shimmers will show up. Very softly, don’t be worried about super shimmery or glittery eyes!
Ease of Use
The Patrick Ta Eyeshadow Palette Major Dimensions II Rose is super easy to use. Even the cream shadows weren’t challenging to use. The cream shadows work perfectly well beneath and on top of the powder shadows; they were very blendable and easy to build in pigment.
Longevity
I have never experienced any fading or creasing during the day or after wearing a look with this palette all day. My looks always stayed on perfectly, even when I used the creams as a base or to darken the crease/outer corners.

- Patrick Ta Major Dimensions I: I obviously had to mention its palette sister. If you’re more into brown neutrals, you need to check out the Major Dimensions I Palette. Quality is just as good as II – only the tones of the shades are different.
- Too Faced Born This Way Eyeshadow Palette: The Too Faced Palette has some quite similar shades in it and I really like the quality of this palette too. It’s also less expensive and has brownish nudes in it as well. Worth checking out!

I have nothing bad to say about the Patrick Ta Eyeshadow Palette Major Dimensions II Eyeshadow Palette. I haven’t noticed fallout on the face; it’s not patchy, blends well, is buildable, and has gorgeous mattes, stunning metallics, and pretty pearl toppers.
The formula is velvety-soft, easy to work with, and stays on all day. It’s just a fantastic palette! I only noticed a slight kickback in the pan, but this isn’t even criticism at this point. Patrick Ta did a great job again!
