Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer | Review

I’ve tried different concealers in the past years and one of my favorites is the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer. Today I wanted to talk about it and share my reasons why I love this concealer.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer | Review ⋆ Beautymone

My first concealers were from Essences and Catrice when I didn’t know a lot of make-up and just wanted to hide under eye bags. When I got into makeup more I started using MAC Cosmetics concealers and later on I’ve tried Kylie Cosmetics and Colourpop concealers (which I’ll be reviewing too). When I started using my Kylie Cosmetics concealers, I forgot how nice the Urban Decay one actually is. The weather has been pretty good lately and I love sunbathing so I got a little bit tan and my Kylie Cosmetics concealers became too light for me. That’s why I purchased an Urban Decay concealer and fell in love with it again!

When I’m not tan I have the color Light Warm but with my tan, I could go a little darker: Light Neutral. At least, the lady in the store told me this one would be a little darker. This is what stated on the Urban Decay site:

Hide even your most scandalous flaws. Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer gives you buildable, even coverage with a luminous, demi-matte finish. Ultra lightweight, this high-tech formula melds like a second skin to give you full coverage in an instant. For complete coverage, just keep building; no matter how much you apply, Naked Skin Concealer always blends beautifully and NEVER settles into fine lines.
We loaded Naked Skin Concealer with lots of ingredients that are good for your skin. Matrixyl 3000 contains anti-wrinkle peptides to improve skin’s youthful appearance and elasticity. Japanese green tea revitalizes and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. Litchiderm™ (derived from lychee fruit) protects against dehydration, resulting in a brighter, more radiant complexion. And sodium hyaluronate helps skin attract and retain moisture.
Practical and travel-friendly, this formula comes in a gorgeous bottle that’s like a smaller version of our Naked Skin Liquid Makeup component. The modern flocked applicator lays down just the right amount of product, and it’s soft enough to use on the delicate skin under the eyes.
Naked Skin Concealer comes in a range of meticulously calibrated shades that coordinate with Naked Skin Powder Foundation. Our shade-matching system provides a clear starting point for finding your perfect shade: the first part represents shade intensity, and the second indicates shade undertone.

The Kylie Cosmetics concealers are really dewy, which is pretty but when I want to cover up a pimple I don’t want it to look dewy. The Urban Decay concealer is matte and blends perfectly. It covers up pimples as well as dark circles under the eyes. It doesn’t get into the lines and it looks very natural.

Here are some swatches. It might look a little dark on my arm but it fits my face perfectly. As you can see it dries down matte. I think this looks super natural and “I woke up like this” kinda vibe. I’ve mixed it with a Kylie Cosmetics concealer as well and that goes pretty well together. So you can definitely mix this concealer with other concealers or products as well.

This looks like a really cool product! I’ve been looking into finding a matte concealer (especially for the summer!) so I might definitely look into this! x

It really is a cool product! We have had some pretty hot weather here lately and it stays on perfectly + matte so it’s definitely summer proof! Xxx
