BECCA Cosmetics recently came out with a collaboration collection. They decided to make a BFF Collection with Khloé Kardashian and Malika Haqq. The collection includes 4 lipsticks, 2 face palettes, and Glow Letters (mini baked highlighters). I bought the Made With Love By Khloé face palette and Yours Truly lipstick and in this blog post I’m going to tell you what my thoughts are on the BECCA Yours Truly Lipstick.
I already reviewed the BECCA Made With Love By Khloé Kardashian face palette. If you’re curious to see how I liked the palette, please check out my review. In today’s blog post I’m reviewing another part of the BFF Collection with Khloé Kardashian and Malika Haqq. I also bought the BECCA Yours Truly Lipstick. It looked like a perfect neutral nude shade and I was looking for one, so I ended up buying it and tried it out for a while to give you my opinion.
BECCA Yours Truly Lipstick
The description said this lipstick would be a pinky neutral but having it in my hands, I do think it looks more like a peachy nude. It made me slightly disappointed because peachy/orange shades don’t suit me very well. However, I still wanted to give it a try and test out the formula as well.
The lipstick is very pigmented and applied really smooth. The color isn’t super warm toned but I do think it’s still more peachy than pinkish. But the formula of the lipstick feels super nice, on my arm but also on my lips.
When I tried it on I was actually pleasantly surprised! However it isn’t the most stunning color on me, it didn’t look horrible either! I think I can pull this off. I might try it with some lip liner beneath it and see if it looks better that way.
Overall, I really do like the lipstick itself (not focussing on the color now) and I really want to try out more BECCA lipsticks for sure.
Did you try out a BECCA lipstick once? How did you like it?
Hope to see you next time loves,
