The Patrick Ta Bronzer Duo in She’s Statuesque was on my wishlist when it was revealed. I love a good bronzer, so I was super excited about this. Moreover, I also liked how this is a “2 products in 1” kind of product because you get a cream and powder product in one. But is it any good? That’s what we’re going to find out together in this review.

Patrick Ta Bronzer She's Statuesque
The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duo in She’s Statuesque is so good! The shade is perfect, as it isn’t too warm, but it still adds warmth to the face. It’s easy to work with, applies like a dream, and blends itself. It isn’t too pigmented but buildable, so you have control over the color payoff you want. The only con, in my opinion, is the shade range. Three shades aren’t enough to cover all skin tones.

I have been loving the Patrick Ta lip products and their cream & powder blush a lot, and I recently added the Major Dimension Eyeshadow Palette to my collection, too, so my love for the brand has definitely been growing.

However, the big question of this post is: does this Créme Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo live up to my high expectations? Let’s find out together.

What Is The Patrick Ta Bronzer Duo

The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duo is a modern way to sculpt the face. A cream and powder contouring duo that effortlessly shapes and defines a beautiful dimensional look. A luminous cream and powder in complementary shades. The lighter, cream shade shapes and defines while talc-free powder finishes with a hint of warmth.

The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duos come in three different shades:

  • She’s Statuesque (Light)
  • She’s Sculpted (Medium)
  • She’s Chiseled (Dark)

How To Use

To find the correct place for cheek contour, stamp the product following an imaginary line from the end of the ear to the edge of the mouth diagonally for a more sculpted look. For a more natural, lifted look, curve the contour line up – heading towards the nose.

Things To Note

The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duos are cruelty-free, gluten-free, sulfate-free, and without parabens.

Where To Buy

The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duos retail for $38 each and are available at the Patrick Ta Beauty website patricktabeauty.com, Sephora, and Cult Beauty.

Patrick Ta Bronzer She’s Statuesque Review

I got the Patrick Ta Bronzer She’s Statuesque, which is a perfect neutral to warm shade for very fair to light skin tones. If you’re more of a light-to-light-medium skin tone, it’s better to go for She’s Sculpted (the medium shade).

One of the first points I would like to add to this review is that I’m slightly disappointed by the shade range. In my opinion, three shades aren’t enough to cover all skin tones. I would love to see more shades in the future, maybe even more shades with different undertones.

Other than that, I don’t have any criticism. After one single use, I fell in love with this product! I have used it a lot since then, and my opinion is still the same; it’s such a fantastic contour & bronzer duo.

Formula

The cream contour is slightly lighter and a bit more on the neutral side than the bronzer, which I prefer in a contour product. It’s melting into my skin, looking natural while leaving me with a sculpted face. The powder side finishes by setting the cream and warming up the face a little more! All while still looking natural, sculpted, and bronzed.

I haven’t noticed the cream product moving my foundation beneath it; it melts into the foundation while leaving a sculpted effect. Even when applying the powder bronzer on top, it doesn’t move, isn’t muddy, and isn’t patchy. Just nothing but gorgeous. You can also quickly wear one of the product’s sides (just the cream or the powder) if you want to since they’re pretty on their own too!

Pigmentation

The pigmentation of the Patrick Ta Bronzer She’s Statuesque is precisely how I prefer to see it, it’s pigmented but not too much, and it’s buildable. The cream formula glides on and adds a neutral definition to the face, with a hint of warmth. Adding the powder bronzer on top adds more warmth and truly finishes the look. Pigmentation is perfect!

Application

Both the cream and the powder sides blend themselves, which is so lovely to work with. You barely have to do anything for a gorgeous, bronzed look. I would say that this makes this bronzer duo very mistake-proof, so if you struggle with applying bronzer or are scared of wearing bronzer because you’re afraid of looking orangy/too dark/unnatural, this one will take away your fear and/or struggle.

I’ve also used the Patrick Ta cream side with another brand’s powder bronzer and another brand’s cream contour with the Patrick Ta powder side to see how this would perform, which gives me no problem. I often like to combine products if I prefer another finish (more matte, more luminous, etc.), and I’m happy this is something I can do too with this duo.

Alternatives

  • Charlotte Tilbury Sun Kissed Cream Bronzer: Even though the Sun Kissed bronzer from Charlotte Tilbury is just a cream bronzer and doesn’t have a powder, I think this is an excellent alternative. On top of that, the Light Bronzer from Charlotte also has a more neutral undertone, just like the Patrick Ta Bronzer.
  • Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Bronzer: Another cream bronzer is this Fenty Beauty one, which I also really like and has been the first cream bronzer I hit pan on lol. You want to check her out, especially if you’re a beginner, because it’s a fool-proof formula, just like this Patrick Ta Bronzer.

Final Verdict

The Patrick Ta Bronzer Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Duo in She’s Statuesque is so good! The shade is perfect, as it isn’t too warm, but it still adds warmth to the face. It’s easy to work with, applies like a dream, and blends itself. It isn’t too pigmented but is buildable, so you have control over the amount of color payoff you want. The only con, in my opinion, is the shade range. Three shades aren’t enough to cover all skin tones.
