A couple of months ago, I wrote a blog post about the Kylie Cosmetics High Gloss Bundle. Since then, Kylie Cosmetics extended the High Gloss range with more shades. I thought it would be fun to share my thoughts, swatches and high-quality pictures of them with you.
First of all, I’ve changed my blog theme! What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
Second of all, I’m busy with updating my older blog posts and that’s why I came to this idea. When I saw my Kylie Cosmetics High Gloss Bundle review, I thought by myself that in the meantime I almost doubled my High Gloss collection. I would love to share my thoughts and swatches on these additions to the shade range as well!
Kylie Cosmetics High Gloss Shades
To make it a little bit easier, I separated them by launch dates/new additions. The top 7 shades are the first launch of the High Glosses. However, Kylie teased this new lipgloss formula the first time with her Kylie x Jordyn collection. She made 2 shades for this collection. Then Kylie launched 3 other limited edition shades in her Lip Sets for Valentine’s Day. The most recently launched shades are the bottom 4. I only miss the shade Slept On, besides that shade I own all of the High Glosses.
To make it easier, here are the High Glosses per collection with the names:
Kylie Cosmetics High Gloss Swatches
You might’ve been curious to see some comparisons. I’ve compared the 2 opaque shades from the 7 High Glossed launch to the opaque shade from the Kylie x Jordyn collection. Moreover, I also compared Klear and Crystal, the two clear shades.
As you can see, the three opaque shades are slightly different. Diva is a light pink, while Snatched is a mauve pink and Partner in Crime is definitely more peachy.
Between Klear and Crystal is a difference hard to see. Klear has a slightly very subtle pink color to it while Crystal is truly a clear gloss. On my arm or on my lips, a difference is very hard to tell.
I don’t think I ever did something more difficult than swatch so many glosses and get them all on the picture lol. In this picture, I added all the glitter High Glosses to the swatches I already made.
The might not look that different, they’re in real life. Not a huge difference, but you can definitely see a different undertone or glitter.
I truly LOVE this formula. It’s so soft, so smooth so nice! I even wear this gloss when my lips are dry, so comfortable are these glosses. You can wear them alone or on top of a lipstick or lip liner. It’s a gloss so they don’t stay on forever, but they do last a while.
This High Glosses… like if you haven’t tried them yet then you’re truly missing out. I even think this must be one of my favorite products from Kylie Cosmetics. I’m wearing these all the time!
The High Glosses are sold separately and in bundles. Most of them are in stock right now. Some shades aren’t but they’re permanent so Kylie Cosmetics will be restocking them.
Only the 3 Valentine Collection High Glossed aren’t available anymore. However, Kylie might end up adding them to the permanent line, since she does this with more products.
The High Glosses (and all Kylie Cosmetics products) are available on her website www.kyliecosmetics.com and at Ulta.
Did you already buy a High Gloss?
Hope to see you next time loves,
